Southtown Flats is a lovely place to live! I've been met with friendly staff & maintenance workers. My home is comfortable and well kept. The neighborhood is lovely. Would be a 10 if rent were a tiny bit lower, but that's the price you pay for such a great location!

The management team has been so helpful to us during our pre-move in as well as our move in. They have done everything they can to make sure they can meet our requests and to help us have a smooth transition into our new home. We are very thankful. The staff here is very accommodating and we truly appreciate it.
